Just tell us what you need by calling us, texting us, or booking online. If you are able to, send us pictures via text or online to receive a more accurate estimate. Our team will provide you with the "best guess" for how much your project will cost. Keep in mind, it is impossible to give you an accurate price without seeing everything in person.
We'll set up an appointment time that works for you, we can even do same-day and next-day appointments. Your driver will call you when they are on their way. We aim to never be late and to arrive as close to the minute as possible. Your time is valuable, so we don't believe in giving you an "arrival time range" unless absolutely necessary.
When we arrive, our friendly junk removal team will do a walkthrough with you and give you a final, all-inclusive price to remove everything. We arrive ready to go, so if you like the price, we'll do the job right there on the spot. If not, there is never any obligation to you. We are full-service, and we do whatever work is necessary to load your items, from bagging up items, to disassembling furniture or bringing your furniture down from the 10th floor.
Once we are done loading all your items, we double check with you and make sure we didn't miss anything. We sweep or rake up the immediate area and try to do anything we can to WOW you. Once the job is done, we collect payment via cash, card, check, or electronic payment, and instantly send you a receipt via email or text.

What if I just leave the furniture on the curb?
